Responsibilities in her capacity as Interim CEO, Silvina Moschini shall: - Lead and oversee the Foundation's operations on an interim basis; - Support the development of governance and compliance frameworks; - Advance strategic initiatives and ecosystem growth; - Assist in establishing the operational structures necessary for the Foundation's execution; - Support the process to recruit a permanent Executive Director for the Foundation.
